摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a new method of measuring the insulating resistance between ground and DC power supply is proposed.A practical measuring instrument is designed based on the new method proposed in this paper and a single chip computer 80C196KB.The advantages of this instrument include no injection of harmful signals to the DC system, elimination of influence of distributed capacitor on the measuring result,simplicity in measuring circuits, low price and so on.关键词
