Abstract
The free amino acids in 18 kinds of burley tobacco and 11 brands of blended type cigarette were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer (AAAA). The working conditions of AAAA were: color reagent was ninhydrin solution (flow rate at 0.30mL/min), buffering solution was sodium citrate aqueous solution (flow rate at 0.45mL/min),and detection wavelengths were 570nm and 440 nm. The results showed that: 1) the total free amino acid in imported burley tobacco was obviously higher than that in domestic tobacco; 2) asparaginic acid and glutamic acid in imported tobacco were higher than those in domestic tobacco,while the proline content in imported tobacco was lower than that in domestic tobacco; 3) the total free amino acid in imported blended type cigarette was significantly higher than that in domestic cigarette,especially for asparaginic acid,leucine,tyrosine and proline.关键词
