Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment for patients with thoracic aortic aneurysm who performed operation.Methods Between September 2000 and November 2008,15 patients with surgical treatment were selected,including one undergoing resection of ascending aneurysm with graft and aortic valve replacement,seven in bantall procedure,two with bantall and total arch replacement and elephant trunk technique,one with resection of descending aneurysm,one with partial arch replacement and elephant trunk technique,and three with endovascular graft exclusion.Results There was no operative death and postoperative complications in all the cases.Conclusion The surgical treatment of aortic aneurysm could be safely carried out based on the accurate diagnosis,specific surgical strategy and fine technique.关键词
