轮藻对4种重金属离子的净化与富集作用
STUDY ON CHAROPHYTES ABILITY TO PURIFY AND ACCUMALATE THE HFAVY METAL IONS
摘要
Abstract
The authors studied the effects of several heavy metal ions in differen concentration of Cd2+, Hg2+ ,Pb2+ and Cr6+ ,on the ability to purify and accumulate the heavy metal ions in Chara vulgaris L. It was discovered that the effects of heavy metal ions on the Chara vuigaris L. changed with their different concentration. The trend was that the chlorophyll content and cell membrance permeability was decreased with the increase of the heavy metal ions. The degree of the chlorophyll content effected was Cr6+, Cd2+, Hg2+ and Pb2+, and that of cell membrance permeability affected was heavy metal ions and its ability to purify and accumluate one ion was not affected by others.关键词
