摘要
Abstract
A chemiluminescence(CL) flow system for the determination of sodium phosphate dexamethasone is described. It is based on the direct CL reaction of sodium phosphate dexamethasone and Co(Ⅲ) in sulfuric acid medium. The unstable Co(Ⅲ) was on-line electrogenerated by constant current electrolysis. The CL intensity was linear with sodium phosphate dexamethasone concentration in the range of 1~20 mg/L. The determination limit was 3.2×10-7 g/mL (DL=3S/r). The whole process could be completed in 1 min with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The proposed method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis and has been applied successfully to the determination of sodium phosphate dexamethasone in pharmaceutical preparation.关键词
