CD95在大鼠急性脊髓损伤后细胞凋亡过程中的作用
Role of CD95 protein in apoptosis after acute spinal cord injury in rats
摘要
Abstract
Aim To explore the role of CD95 in the apoptosis after acute rat spinal cord injury. Methods Tissue samples were selected from 36 female Wistar rats which had been used in our study following Allen's way at the level of T 8-9 , and rats were killed at 1,4,8,24,72 hours and 7 days after injury (n=6 in each group).Six additional normal rats were used to investigate the distibution of CD95 in the normal spinal cord. Three segments of every spinal cord were cut for morphological studies, including hematoxylin and eosin staining, Nissl and immunohistochemical staining. Results CD95 immunoreactivity was presented in gray matter of the injured regions after 4 hours, with a maximum presence at 8 hours. The positive cells revealed this type of morphological features on light microscopy some cells revealing typical apoptotic morphology. Six additional normal rats did not show any CD95 immunoreactivity. Conclusion The CD95 may play an important role in induction of neuron and glial cells to apoptosis.关键词
