摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low precision and poor efficiency in reliability assessment of traditional electronic equipment, this paper proposes a reliability assessment method based on GO methodology. The method introduces the state cumulative probability, builds GO model with the consideration of shared signals. It gives a illustration for reliability assessment based on GO methodology of electronic and the results is compared with the traditional Monte-carlo methodology. Result shows the method is more simple, direct while has higher computing precision and the simulation efficiency compared with traditional method, and resolves problems of complicated, multi-states and time sequence more easily.
