灵芝对糖尿病大鼠肾组织氧化应激的影响
Effect of Ganoderma Iucidum on the Oxidative Stress in the Kidney in Diabetic Rat Kidney
摘要
Abstract
Objcective: To investigate the effect of Ganederma lucidum (GL) on the oxidative stress in the kidney in diabetic rats.Methods: Thirty Sprague-Damly rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (C group), diabetes melli-were taken out.The activities of anfioxidant enzymes including maleic dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalyse (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in kidney tissure was determined.Renal cortex tissue morphology were obwerved by light microscope and transmission electron microscope.Results: Levels of MDA were higher and SOD, CAT as well as GSH-px activi-ties wree significantly lower in glomeruli in DM group rats than those in C group. GL administration could all remit these changes (P<0.01) .Meanwhile, the pathologic chonges of glomemli were serious in DM group.The abnormal expressions of these proteins and pathologic changes were dramatically improved in diabetic rats by GL treatment. Conclusion: GL could exert protective effects on diabetic nephropathy, partly through correlation with the suppression of increase in oxidative stress in diabetic rata.关键词
