摘要
Abstract
Emily Dickinson was delighted in solitude. The reasons may lie deep in our unconscious mind. And the unconscious mind is like a deep weli, full of memories and feelings. Her home did not give her the comfort and consolation that she needed as a child. Her mother's tender care could not meet her intense inner intellectual requirement. After her success, she was disappointed about the world and therefore she was weary of it. She was tormented by something haunting around and could not spare a minute's rest. The inner struggles grew into some crises in the end. So she rushed to Nature.Accordingly, nature is the permanent motif for her poems. Nature became the only place that she would come to. Above all,in nature she found "harmony", the physical embodiment of her worship.关键词
