秸秆/聚氯乙烯复合材料的初步研究
Studies on Wheat Straw/Poly (vinyl chloride) Composite

Abstract
A novel disposal technique for wheat straw was developed by compounding the straw with poly(vinyl chloride) for the purpose of developing a new material which has the potential to substitute for natural wood. Effects of straw content and interfacial treatment agent on the mechanical properties, processability and the morphology of the composite were extensively studied. Results showed that tensile strength, flexural strength and notched impact strength decreased a little, increasing the straw content from 0 to 60wt`, and that the interfacial active agent caused effective compatibility between the straw and the plastic matrix. Through scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, the straw in the composite with an appropriate concentration of interfacial treatment agent was well-distributed, while for the composite without interfacial treatment agent, a straw coalescence phenomenon appeared.关键词
