摘要

Abstract

A method for the separation and quantitative determination of pyrethrins,six insecticidally active esters in pyrethrum extracts,by capillary gas chromatography has been developed and validated.The six insecticidally active esters in pyrethrum extracts were separated with DB-1MS capillary column (15 m × 0.25 mm i.d.0.25 μm film) under column temperature programmed from 150 to 242 ℃ in two steps.The quantitative analysis of pyrethrins was conducted with FID and dibutyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the linear related coefficient was 0.9995 and the recovery at three difference addition levels was 99.7%,99.4% and 99.3%,respectively.
