氨水中合成异丙醇胺的反应动力学
Reaction kinetics of preparation of isopropanolamine in ammonia system
摘要
Abstract
The reaction rule for preparation of isopropanolamine from ammonia and propylene oxide was studied.Effects of the mole ratio of ammonia to propylene oxide and the reaction temperature were investigated. The conversion of propylene oxide could reach 98.8% and the selectivity of MIPA,DIPA and TIPA were 49.3%,45.5% and 5.3% respectively when the mole ratio of NH3/H2O was 5,the temperature was 32 ℃,and reaction lasted for 42 min.The experimental data were measured and calculated and the reaction kinetics was obtained.Numerical simulation showed that the calculated data can finely coincide with the experimental data.关键词
