米糠多糖的提取纯化及其成分结构和活性分析
Studies of Extraction and Purification Technique of RBS and Anti-tumor Effect Related to the Poly-saccharide

Abstract
Extraction methods and the physico-chemical properties and anti-tumor effect of RBS were studied. Polysaccharide RBS was prepared from rice bran with hot water extraction. Pure RBS was obtained as a fraction on Sepharose-Cl6B. Physico-chemical properties of RBS was studied by infrared spectral analysis,13C-NMR etc.RBS was given to Meth-A tumor-bearing Balb/c mice to test its anti-tumor activity. Physico-chemical properties of RBS were as follows: It was a kind of α-glucan having α-1,4 and α-1,6 gluco-sidic bond as a main frame. It was a white powder soluble in water. Inhibitive effect against Meth-A solid tumor was observed by oral administration of RBS.关键词
