Optimization of Chemical Determination Process of Nitrite and Study on the Reagents Stability
摘要
Abstract
The routine method of nitrite determination in seawater in “TheMarine Survey Norm” has been optimized in this paper, which will simplif y the operation processes and shorten the analytical time in order to adapt to t he demands of auto-determination under water. Besides, the stability of reagent s and nutrient standard stock solution has been studied in the determination of nitrite in seawater in situ for improving the preservation methods and prolongin g the service life of reagents to meet the long-time demands of auto-analyzer.关键词
