摘要
Abstract
The LCD driver consists of a 384-channel column driver and a 160-channel row driver. The col-umn driver is a 128x3 RGB controller with 128×3×160×4 bits display data memory. It has abundant command functions. The static drive circuit is equipped internally for indicators with variable flashing speed. The oscillator circuit is equipped internally and external clock can also be input. The LCD setup time can be regulated by 8 bits register with uniformed brightness. The row driver has built-in 160-bit bi-directional shift register. It is available in single mode or in dual mode. It has built-in DC/DC booster. In-ternal/External driver power supply is optional. This driver is a low power consumption and low output impedance LCD controller.关键词
