摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the rehabilitation nursing effect of pelvis fracture,physiological and mental recovery in children.Methods 22 cases of pelvis fracture in children were analyzed retrospectively and followed up(the mean 2.5 years).Results The living confidence of all children was rebuilt in some extent,and the children could adapt the study and social life when they left hospital.Conclusions The better rehabilitation nursing effect was obtained according to the following four important factors:observation and nursing of the complications,recognizing the major and minor nursing problems,adjusting relationship between the fracture fixation and functional exercise,paying more attention to the rehabilitation nursing of children having special mental problems. 关键词
