Abstract
Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of the content of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydmxys-tilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside in Jingwu capsule. Methods: An Aligent TC-C18 (4. 6mm× 250mm,5μm) with a solvent system consisting of acetonitrile-water( 25 :75 )was used with a flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 320nm. The column temperature was roomtemperature. Results: The 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D glu-coside showed good linear correlation within 0. 202 8-1. 014μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ), The average recovery was 98. 7%(RSD =2. 7% ,n =6). Conclusion: The method was simple and can be used in quality control of Jingwu capsule.关键词
