高效液相色谱法测定积雪苷片中积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷的含量OA
Determination of Contents of Asiaticoside and Madecassoside in Jixuegan Tablet by HPLC
目的:建立积雪苷片中积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷含量的测定方法.方法:采用C<,18>柱,RP-HPLC法,乙腈-甲醇-水(20:20:60)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为204 nm.结果:通过方法学考察,积雪草苷进样量在2.088 μg～10.44 μg内线性关系良好,加样回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.73%.羟基积雪草苷进样量在2.078 μg～10.39μg内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.22…查看全部>>
Objective:To establish a method for determining the contents of siaticoside and madecassoside in Jixuegan tablet. Methods:RP-HPLC was performed on C<,18> column with acetonitrile-methanol-water(20:20:60)as mobile phase,flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was set at 204 nm.
