摘要

Abstract

The new dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is introduced in this paper, which is triggered by bipolar narrow pulse using high voltage power with spark gap switch. The experimental phenomena demonstrate that the new DBD have advantages of both ordinary DBD and pulse corona discharge. The efficient is higher comparing with ordinary DBD. And the energy efficiency is increased over 30% by this method. When the concentration of ozone is 4~8 g/m3 and the fed gas is air, the efficiency is 90~120 g/(kWh). When the concentration of ozone is 3~20 g/m3 and the fed gas is oxygen, the efficiency is 300~390 g/(kWh).
