Abstract
DSM is a movement integrated with and accomplished by government, power company, manufacturers andcustomers. As the main body, the manufacturer will function to take all responsibilities of providing timely, reliable andfeasible technical supporting for the movement. A new product based on high technology is of a great significance in generalizing DSM. One important and effective measure to implement DSM is the flexible and practicable electrovalence policy,which heavily relies on advanced technology for its execution.关键词
