摘要
Abstract
Objective To investgate the relationship among tumor metastasissuppressor gene nm23H1、adhesion factor E-cadherin and Clinical、biological behaviour of serous cystadeno carcinoma of ovary.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP was Performed to examine the expression of nm23H1 and E-cadher in protein.Results Thirty-one of 48 cancerous specimens showed nm23H1 protein positive (64.58%);twenty-two of 48 samples were E-cadherin protein positive (45.83%).There were good correlation of protein expression of nm23H1、E-Cadherin and Clinical stage (P<0.05),There was also a fine correlation between nm23H1 protein expression and histological grade (P<0.05).Cosistency is found between protein expression of nm23H1 and E-cadherin in same sample.Conclusion These results suggest that nm23H1 and E-Cadherin genes play an important role in the tumor development and metastases.The objectivity and accuracy of analyses and judgement could be improved as these two genes observed and detected in combination.关键词
