摘要

Abstract

A new method of non-destructive test (NDT) of underground pipeline - magnetic flux leakage (MFL)detection is introduced. The present status of the MFL detection apparatus home and abroad are discussed. A detail description of the basic principle of this method is given. Then the process of 2D simulation of this apparatus is displayed. Here, ANSYS is used as the foundation for discriminating the condition of the pipeline. And then the process and some results in 2D analysis are showed. Finally, the way to distinguish the defaults of the pipeline according to the date provided by the apparatus after one run is illuminated.
