摘要
Abstract
The DNA in tissue of ear skin of 91 Danish Landrace were collected to test the gene and genotype frequencies of porcine Malignant Hyperthermia Syndrome（MHS） locus with the method of PCR-RFLP．The results show that the frequency of MHSN／MHSN，MHSN／MHSn are 10.98%，89.02%，respectively，no MHSn／MHSn genotypes are found．The frequency of MHSN gene and MHSn are 0.9451 and 0.0549．Combining the other test result in China，it is said that the population of Danish Landrace in the country have MHSN gene and MHSn gene with frequencies of 0.9086 and 0.0914，respectively．关键词
