Gas-phase Combustion Synthesis of TiO2 Nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
Reacting TiCl4 with high temperature O2 in CO combustion reactor produced nanosize TiO2 particle.The mean particle diameter is less than 100 nm.With the increasing of the mixing temperature and decreasing of the TiCl4 flow rate and resident time,the particle size decreases.Whth the increasing of the mixing temperature,TiCl4 flow rate and residence time rutile content of TiO2 particle increases.When the AlCl3,which is dopant,is feed into the reactant,the rutile content of the particle increases.关键词
