摘要

Abstract

By selecting 13 earthquake waves of different spectra based on ratios of peak ground acceleration to peak ground velocity (PGA/PGV) and using non-linear time-history analysis method, the reactions of multi-story base-isolated structures to different ground motions are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the decreasing amplitude ratio of isolated structures overall increases with increasing of PGA/PGV, but the decreasing amplitude ratio is not totally decided by PGA/PGV, which is also influenced by other parameters.
