Abstract
Drug genome mainly investigates the relationship between genetics and drug reaction.This paper summarized application conditions of fundamental concept of drug genome, hypertension and heterogeneity of antihypertensive drug reaction,related genes associated with drug metabolism and individualized treatment.The study of individualized related gene with hypertension and pharmacokinetics of effects of gene affecting antihypertensive drug on blood pressure not only provides new thought for molecular mechanism of drug treatment but confirms individualized difference of related gene with level of blood level and its effects on occurrence of hypertension. 关键词
