Abstract
Objective：To make a cell immunological study of the patch of the spleen transplanted on the liver surface and the weight of the patch of the spleen in difference period,and evaluate the transplantation of the patch of the spleen on the liver surface.Methods：Wistar rats were used as the investigated object. Flow cytometry was used to examine the transplanted patch of the spleen in terms of the CD3、CD3+CD25、CD4、CD8 and CD4/CD8.Results：Statistical difference was found between 8-week group and control group in CD3+CD25 and CD4(P<0.05) was significantly different. 4-week group and every other group(P<0.01)，and the weight of the patch of the spleen in 6～8-week group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion：All of the T-lymphocytes in the patch of the spleen achieve the normal level in 6 to 8 weeks. The weight of the patch of the spleen is lighter than before. The patch of the spleen has desirable survival.关键词
