单侧外固定器与3种内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的比较
Comparision of unilateral external fixaor and three kinds of internal fixation methods in treatment of tibiofibular fracture

Abstract
Objective To evaluate advantage of unilateral external fixator in treatment of tibiofibular fracture.Methods The one-side external fixation was compared with three kinds of internal fixa tion, and the complication and therapeutic failure rate of each group were analy zed statistically. Results The therapeutic failure rate was as follows: steel plate fixation group, 10.44%; intramedullary nail fixation grou p, 2.7%; simple screw wire fixation group, 3/5; and unilateral external fixator group, only 0.89%. Conclusion Unilateral external fixator in treatment of tibiofibular fracture embodies both the advantage of conservative therapy and internal fixation treatment, and may avoid the disadvantage of them. It can be taken as the first choice in present treatment of tibiofibular fractu res.关键词
