Optimization of White Light-Emitting Diode Properties for Efficient Illumination Module Application
摘要
Abstract
The current illumination characteristic of the white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs), the power and effi-ciency of the W-LED illumination module integrated by W-LEDs in series connection were studied and discussed.The optimized current range of the integrated illumination module is from 14 to 18mA. The experiment result shows that the W-LEDs integrated light module processes much lower power consumption (2. 4W), higher lumi-nescence efficiency (64. 461m/W) and longer lifetime, current degradation is <10% after 10 kh testing, comparing with that of the traditional lamps, such as tungsten lamp and fluorescent lamp.关键词
