Nitrate Pollution of Vegetables and Its Countermeasure
摘要
Abstract
The harm of nitrate to human being and the source from wherehuman being absorb nitare were discussed.The status of vegetable nitrate contamination of Tianjin and other cities was analysed.The paper discussed the factors affecting nitrate accumulation in vegetables and proposed some countermeasures to solve the vegetable nitrate pollution problem in China.关键词
