摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of chorion and decidua during termination of early pregnancy by mifepristone.Methods A total of 20 women who requested abortion was recruited,10 cases of artificial abortion(control group) and 10 medical abortion with mifepristone.For each women,the chorion and decidua were taken as soon as they shed.Specimens were observed by optical and dectron microscopy.Results It showed that cells of chorion and decidua had autophagic apoptotic tendency.The granules of decidua granulocytes reduced or even disappeared,together with disintegration or even rupture of the reticular fibers.Conclusion The chorion and decidua have autophagic apoptotic tendency during termination of early pregnancy by mifepristone,together with disintegration of the reticular fibers.关键词
