Abstract

According to the appraisal of resistance to SCN Race 1 in P1、 P2、 F1、 F2、 BC1F1and BC1F2 segregative populations derived from RN-9(resistant)×7605 (susceptible),thegenetic pattern that the inheritance of resistance was controlled by four pairs of major genes,including one pair of dominant genes and three pairs of recessive genes, was verified RAPDmarkers were screened between susceptible bulks of five different BC1F2 families and the re-sistant bulk.Primer OPAO19 was found to produce a 1.2kb polymorphic band,named asOPAO191200,and OPAO191200 could be produced only in 7605,all susceptible plants ofBC1F2 family 11(R:S=1:63) and 11 of 12 susceptible plants of BC1F2 family 43(R:S=3:61),while it could not be produced in RN-9,all resistant plants and other susceptibleplants of BC1F2 populations.This indicated that the families of 11 and 43 might have onesusceptible gene which did not exist in other families,and OPAO191200 could be related tothat gene.
