Considering that material reserve for flood control is a matter of decision making with incomplete information, a probability sorting model to rat ion the annual material reserve for flood control is developed. The application of the model to debris-flow hazard prediction and mitigation in the basin of th e Sunshuihe river is also illustra-ted.关键词
