川乌与白芍配伍前后抗炎作用的比较研究
STUDIES ON THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF THE PRESCRIPTION OF COMBINATION OF RADIX ACONITI PLUS RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA
摘要
Abstract
The objective of the paper is to observe the anti-inflammatoty effects with single Radix Aconiti,sin-gle Radix Paeoniae Alba,and combination of the two drugs in different proptions and dosages. In experimental in-flammatory models,which were rats with carrngeenan-indued or formaldehyde-induced paw edema and mice withxylene-induced ear swelling,the effect on subsidence of swelling in the group treated with combination of the twodrugs were more significant than those in the group treated with single of the two drugs. The exudation of bloodcapillaries and the content of PGE2 created by inflammatory tissues in the former were depressed more obviously(P＜0. 05,P＜0. 01). It was demonstrated that the cooperation was more effective in inhibiting inflmmation ,espe-cially in chronic athritis model.关键词
