棉花高产品种的源库流特点研究
Study on Source-Sink Characteris-tics of High-Yielding Cotton Varieties
摘要
Abstract
The recently released high-yieldingcotton variety Simian3 was used as a typical rep-resentative and to be compared with the varietyof Sumian 5. The source-sink and their relationswere studied so as to offer some internal and ex-ternal reference indications for breeding new va-rieties. The main results acquired were as fol-lows: prolific varieties are possessed usually ofearlier capability of sink formation and strong reproductive growth vigor, which means moredry matter may be absorbed into the reproduc-tive organs, additionally, juvenile buds (10 dayold buds) may be with relatively strong ability ofabsorbing photosynthetic products, and theproducts thus formed may be exported as quicklyas possible. On the biochemical respect, leafsource should be with relatively strong photo-system PSI and rather high RuBPcase activity.关键词
