Abstract
Objective：To clarify the effects of fascicular orientation in repairing low ulnar nerve injuries．Methods：42 low ulnar nerve injuries were repaired using end-to-end fascicular suture after intraneural fascicular dissection and electrical fascicular orientation．The control group was 17 nerve injuries repaired with epineurial suture．Results：Satisfactory results were obtaines in 38 cases （90．5％） of low ulnar nerve injuries．The sensory recovery in treatment group was faster than in control group，but no significant difference （P＞0．05） ，Better motor functions were achieved in treatment group （P＜0．01）．Conclusion：Intraneural fascicular dissection and electrical fascicular orientation is useful for treating low ulnar nerve injuries，and has a good recovery of nerve functions．关键词
