Abstract
Objective:To clarify the effects of fascicular orientation in repairing low ulnar nerve injuries.Methods:42 low ulnar nerve injuries were repaired using end-to-end fascicular suture after intraneural fascicular dissection and electrical fascicular orientation.The control group was 17 nerve injuries repaired with epineurial suture.Results:Satisfactory results were obtaines in 38 cases (90.5%) of low ulnar nerve injuries.The sensory recovery in treatment group was faster than in control group,but no significant difference (P>0.05) ,Better motor functions were achieved in treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Intraneural fascicular dissection and electrical fascicular orientation is useful for treating low ulnar nerve injuries,and has a good recovery of nerve functions.关键词
