摘要

Abstract

Buffeting responses of structures are excited by buffeting forces, which are determined by the aerodynamic admittance function (AAF) of structures and power spectrum density of turbulence., the Sear's function, which is based on the strip assumption, fails to account for the coherence of the turbulence along the span. It is shown by the analysis that 3-dimensional AAF (3DAAF) is affected by the dimensions of the structure, the characteristic of the turbulent field and the reduced frequencies. The taut-strip test also shows that 3DAFF accords better with the facts met in civil engineering.
