儿宝颗粒对小儿厌食症动物模型胃窦和血浆β-内啡肽的调节作用
REGULATION ACTION OF ER'BAO GRANULES ON THE SERUM LEVEL OF β-ENDORPHIN (EP)IN ANTRUM PYLORICUM AND PLASMA OF ANIMAL MODEL OF CHILD ANOREXIA
摘要
Abstract
To study the effects of Er'bao granules on β-EP in the juvenile rat model with anorexia,the modelwas established by imitating the major cause of children anorexia ,and the β-EP concentration in antrum pyloricumand plasma of animals were examined by radioimmunossay. Experimental results indicated that the β-EP concentra-tion were low both in antrum pyloricum and plasma of the model ,which could be cured by Er' bao granules. The re-sults suggest that β-EP plays an important role in anorexia for child,and Er' bao granules was effective on childanorexia in the way of improving β-EP sectretion关键词
