摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical characterisitics and curative effects on remedy for severe chest trauma complicating ARDS. Methods Among 18 case with severe chest trauma complicating ARDS, primary diseases, clinical characteristics, establishment of artificial air-way, and use of breathing machine, etc were analyzed retrospectively and summarized. Results Among 18 cases with ARDS, 17 were cured to discharge except that 1 case was rescued without avail and died due to severe chest crush injury and severe shock. Conclusion Severity of trau-ma, shock, infection, and acute injury of lungs were mainly risky factors of complicating ARDS. Early lifesaver or incision of trachea, use of mechanical ventilation as rapidly as possible, and prompt, effective anti-shock and anti-infection were keys to rescue successfully.关键词
