Abstract
The Shimazu Spectrometer ICPS-50 is dismantled to find out the mechanical mechanism as no technical information can be available. Except for the monochromator and external optical path, the precision sine bar system, the software and hardware, and the ICP generator are repaired and ameliorated, so that the old-fashioned instrument is upgraded a spectrometer with sequential scanmong of spectral line of various elements.关键词
