几种轧辊材料组织及耐磨性分析

摘要
Abstract
Under different heat treatment conditions,the metallographic structure,impact toughness and anti-abrasion analysis were observed by JSM-5610V SEM to X165CrMoV12 imported from German,Cr12MoV,9Cr2Mo,GCr15 produced in China.The results indicated that the structure of German X165CrMoV12 and China Cr12MoV both are tempered martensite+eutectic carbides.The structure of 9Cr2Mo and GCr15 steel are both tempered martensite+carbide+residual austenite.The anti-abrasion of Cr12MoV steel produced in China and X165CrMoV12 steel imported from German are basically same.The anti-abrasion of 9Cr2Mo steel is higher 72% than that of GCr15 steel.关键词
