摘要

Abstract

This paper presents a new technology for production of aluminumclad steel wire.It consists of the continuous extrusion process and the force-feed lubrication drawing process.By the means of the continuous extrusion process aluminum clads steel core,and then the steel core clad with aluminum is drawn into a finish product.For the continuous extrusion process it has been explored how to determine the temperature of deformation,the rate of deformation,the temperature of steel wire,the steel wire speed and the steel wire tensile force.For the force-feed lubrication drawing process,the effects of the reduction and drawing speed on the property and microstructure have been discussed.
