Abstract
Objective: To investigate the points of the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment for pancreatic and/or duodenal injuries. Methods: Clinical data of 30 patients who suffered from pancreatic and/or duodenal injuries were reviewed. Results: There were 29 cases who received surgical management. Of the 30 cases, 22 cases were cured, seven cases died, and postoperative complications occurred in 16 cases. The cure rate was 73.3%. Conclusion: Pancreatic and/or duodenal injuries are severe abdominal injuries and difficult to treat. The mortality and complication rate are high. The keys to successful treatments for pancreatic and/or duodenal injuries are early diagnosis, careful exploration and proper operational management.关键词
