大间隙磁力传动系统驱动力矩的计算方法
Calculation Method of Driving Torque of the Large Gap Magnetic Drives System
摘要
Abstract
A large gap magnetic drives system driven by traveling wave magnetic field was brought forward. Taking the state NS (N denotes the left magnetic pole of electromagnet; S, the right magnetic pole.), one of the magnetic pole states of electromagnet, as an example, the space magnetic field distribution of electromagnet was studied. In addition, the mathematical model of space magnetic field was established. Using the numerical calculus and derivation, the calculation model of system driving torque was established. The driving torque calculation model of large gap magnetic drives system was solved by using the Matlab, and the system driving torque was simulated by using the Ansys software. The research result has indicated that system driving torque can be improved by increasing the number of windings of coil, increasing the electric current of the coil, decreasing the coupling distance between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet, increasing permanent magnet's magnetization, and placing electromagnet and permanent magnet's relative position in 5 mm~10 mm in direction(at the left or right side).关键词
