摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the method for determining human milk lead by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS). [Methods] Human milk lead was determined by GFAAS.The sample was diluted 1:4 in volume with the matrix modifier and nitric acid,the standard calibration curve was employed and the quality control was executed.Lead in milk sample was determined directly by GFAAS without digestion. [ Results] The lead concentration curve was linear within the range of(0~ 150)μg/L. The precision(RSD% )was 2.1 ~ 6.0 for within-batch and 5.8 ~ 8.1 for between-batch. The limit of detection was 0.3 μg/L, based on three times the S.D.The determined lead level of the SRM 955 blood lead reference material from National Bureau of Standard(NBS in USA) was(58.6±3.2) μg/L. It was within the permissible error range compared to the reference value(57.0 ± 5.0)μg/L. [Conclusion] The proposed method is sensitive and simple. The accuracy and precision can meet the requirement.
