Relation of X-ray Diffraction Intensity with the Geometric Structure Factor of a Crystal
摘要
Abstract
From the conception of X-ray diffraction of electrons in an atom,the mathematical expression of X-ray diffraction for an atom in a crystal cell is given.From the definition of the geometric structure factor of a crystal,the proportional relation between the X-ray diffraction intensity and the square of the geometric structure factor for a crystal is proved.关键词
