Anterior decompression and Kaneda internal fixation intervertebral bone grafting to treat fracture of thoracolumber vertebral body complicated with incomplete paraplegia
摘要
Abstract
Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of anterior decompression and kaneda internal fixation，intervertebral bone grafting to treat fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral body complicated with incomplete paraplegia．Methods：15 cases of fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral body were treated by anterior decompression and Kaneda internal fixation intervertebral bone grafting．To discuss the operation indication，advantages or shortcoming and points for attention in operation．Results：All cases got the follow-up．The intervertebral bone grafting grew well．The spinal deformity was corrected．The internal fixations were firm．The nervous function recovered 1～2 degrees，without operation complication．Conclusions：The above-mentioned treatment for fracture of thoracolumar vertebral body had unique advantages in nervous decompression spinal deformity correcting，reconstruction of spinal stability．关键词
