云南灯盏花治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床应用
Clinical using of Yunnan breviscapini treating severe craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective：Discussing therapeutic effectiveness and mechanism of action of Yun Nan breviscapini treating severe craniocerebral injury．Method：random dividing 74 cases of acute severe craniocerebrial injury patients into two groups：Yunnan breviscpini group （n＝36） and control group （n＝28）．We make Yunnan brevisepini injection intravenous in drop，routine drug therapy and operation therapy to Yunnan breviscpini group，then we contrast therapeutic effectiveness of the two groups．Result：Duration of intracranial hypertension caused by traumatic cerebral edema of Yunnan breviscpini group is 9．2 days，and that of control group is 13．5 days．there are marked difference；and there were marked difference in blood rheological index between Yunnan breviscpini group and control group （P＜0．05）．Conclusion：Yunnan breviscapini can improve blood rheological index of severe craniocerebral injury，abate cerebral edema，and protect tissue．关键词
