中频电磁场对连续铸造铝合金铸锭表面质量影响
Effect of middle frequency electromagnetic field on surface quality of continuous casting aluminum alloy ingot
摘要
Abstract
The surface quality of electromagnetic continuous casting ingot of aluminum alloy was studied in this paper by imposing an electromagnetic field of middle frequency on outside of a cold-crucible type mould. The primary technological parameters of electromagnetic continuous casting of aluminum alloy were determined by measuring the distribution of the electromagnetic field in the mould. The experimental results show that the magnetic flux density in the divided mould increases efficiently and the distribution of the electromagnetic field coincides with the given technological parameters when the slit number of the mould is 12-18. The surface gross segregation and exudations are eliminated efficiently and the quality of the ingot surface is improved remarkably by imposing the electromagnetic field of middle frequency.关键词
