氟罗沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染50例
Fleroxacin for Treating Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in 50 Patients
摘要
Abstract
bjective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fleroxacin injection in treating the lower respiratory tract infections. Methods: 50 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were treated with fleroxacin injection administered via intravenous drip, with a dosage of 0.2-0.4 g once daily for a consecutive of 7 days. Results:Effectiveness rate and bacteria eradication rate of fleroxacin were 90% and 87%, respectively. The incidence of adverse effects for fleroxacin were 6%. Conclusion: Fleroxacin injection is an effective and safe antibiotics for treating the lower respiratory tract infections.关键词
